At Selano Chiropractic-Regen Osteo and Primary Care we offer DOT medical exams. Our doctors are on the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration) National Registry. Only doctors on the National Registry can legally perform these DOT exams. If you have a Commercial Drivers License and are needing to renew your medical card or are planning on getting a CDL you will need this exam. Our doctors will perform a comprehensive exam to ensure that you are medically fit to drive in a commercial setting. We also report your exam to the Federal Motor Carrier for you but don’t forget to update your license at the Georgia DMV.
*additional paperwork may be needed if you see any other specialists or have significant surgical history, call ahead to ask if you need any additional paperwork.
**If you use a CPAP, you must be able to show your CPAP usage for the past 90 days. You may be able to email it from a mobile app so be sure you have access before your appointment
***All DOT physicals require a urine test, be sure to come with a full bladder or be prepared to wait in office until you can leave a sample.
